Extensions are subject to availability and may result in additional charges. Unauthorized extensions may incur extra fees.
Payment Terms

Weight Limits and Prohibited Materials

Customers are responsible for providing a clear and accessible location for dumpster placement. Dumpsters must be placed on stable, level surfaces and should not obstruct traffic, access points, or utilities. Any permits required for placement on public property are the customer’s responsibility.
Midwest Dumpster Rental is not responsible for damage to driveways, surfaces, or property resulting from placement or use of the dumpster, provided reasonable care is exercised during delivery and pickup.
Delivery and Pickup Rules
Delivery and pickup times are scheduled based on availability and logistics. While we strive to meet all scheduled times, delays due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances may occur. Customers agree to provide unobstructed access for pickup to avoid additional fees.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:

- Securing the area around the dumpster
Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in additional charges or service refusal.
Limitation of Liability
Midwest Dumpster Rental is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the rental service. Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Midwest Dumpster Rental from claims arising from misuse or unauthorized use of the dumpster.
